Moody's Investors Service placed Intertape Polymer US, Inc.'s 'Caa2'-rated senior subordinated regular bond/debenture under review for further downgrade as a result of the company's recent announcement that shareholders rejected the sale of the company to Littlejohn Fund III LP. The review was prompted by Moody's concern with the company's ability to meet the financial covenants in its $75 million secured revolving credit facility over the next 3-6 months.
