Semple Marchall & Cooper LLP expressed substantial doubt about EMTA Holidngs, Inc.'s ability to continue as a going concern after auditing the company's consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2007. The auditing firm said that the company has significant operating losses and negative working capital.
