Carver Moquist & O'Connor LLC expressed substantial doubt about Kolorfusion International, Inc.'s ability to continue as a going concern after auditing the Company's consolidated financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2007. The auditing firm stated that the Company has suffered recurring losses from operations and its total liabilities exceed its total assets. At June 30, 2007, the Company's balance sheet showed a $311,625 stockholders' deficit and a $719,356 working capital.

Intellectual Property:
Mr. Jean Noel Claveau filed a patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for patent protection of the “Process of Decoration by Sublimation”. On May 3, 1994, the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued to Mr. Claveau patent no. 5,308,426, which he subsequently assigned to the Company. It has also registered and sought trademark protection of “Kolorfusion” in order to identify its patented processes and products in the marketplace to prevent consumer confusion.
