Nuclear Solutions, Inc. had a $1,173,664 net loss for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007, slightly lower than the $1,241,738 net loss incurred during the second quarter of 2006. For the six months ended June 30, 2007, the Company had a $2,190,783 net loss, higher than the $2,068,825 net loss booked in the first half of 2006. The Company's balance sheet showed an accumulated deficit of $17,608,853, stockholder's deficit of $5,231,522 and working capital deficit of $5,130,196 as of June 30, 2007.

Intellectual Property:
During 2004, the Company filed two U.S. patent applications for its Tritiated
Water Remediation (TWR) technology that are currently pending. To date, the Company has filed three U.S. patent applications for its Nuclear Weapons Detection Technology. Furthermore, the Company expects to file additional patent applications in 2007 for its TWR technology, Nuclear Weapons Detection Technology and Nuclear Micro Battery Technology. On March 15, 2005, the Company entered into a License Agreement with I.P. Technology Holding, Inc., granting them a limited license for the right to the purchase and resell products based on its patent pending technology for the detection of shielded fissile nuclear materials to all non-federal police and fire agencies in the United States for the patent life of the technology.
