After auditing Advanced Communications Technologies, Inc.’s financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2007, JH Cohn LLP states that the Company's losses and working capital deficiency raised substantial doubt as to its ability to continue as a going concern. The auditor points out that the Company incurred a net loss of $1,250,000 and $574,000 for the years ended June 30, 2007 and 2006, respectively. Intellectual Property:
