Event:
On June 30, 2007, creditors of its CCS International, Inc. subsidiary initiated lawsuits for nonpayment of accrued liabilities and its distributors has initiated litigation for breaches of their agreements totalling $1,400,000. Judgments of approximately $770,000 have been entered against CCS in these matters. A CCS creditor has obtained a default judgment against the Company based upon the claim that the Company was responsible for CCS’s obligations and two other CCS creditors have initiated actions against the Company claiming that the Company is responsible for CCS’s obligations.
