On April 12, 2004, the Company entered into an agreement with China Agricultural University to acquire from the university Chinese patent no. ZL 93101635.5 entitled “Highly Effective Composite Bacteria for Enhancing Yield and the Related Methodology for Manufacturing.” On May 8, 2006, the Company entered into a technology transfer agreement with Jinan Kelongboao Bio-Tech Company Ltd. with respect to the technology transfer and related technical service for the AF-01 Anti-viral Aerosol.
