Event:
Kelly & Company raised substantial doubt on the ability of Amish Naturals, Inc., to continue as a going concern after auditing it financial statements for the year ended Sept. 30, 2007. The auditor notes that the Company has suffered losses since inception, has negative cash flows from operations and must continue to obtain operating capital through private debt sources to meet its obligations and sustain its operations, has negative working capital, and has not as of yet completely implemented its business plan. The Company had a net loss of $4,151,041 on sales of $134,688 for the year ended September 30, 2007. The Company also had an accumulated deficit of $4,552,083 as of Sept. 30, 2007.

Amish Naturals, Inc., has several trademarks pending registration in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including “Amish Naturals”, “Amish Organics”, “Amish Naturals Heritage Line” and “A Taste of Pennsylvania.” In connection with the Company's acquisition of the business and substantially all of the assets of Amish Co-op, Inc., it also acquired the trademarks “Amish Pasta,” which is pending registration, and “Naturally Amish Foods,” which has been registered.
