Event:
Lake & Associates CPA's LLC raised substantial doubt about Gottaplay Interactive, Inc.'s ability to continue as a going concern after auditing the Company's financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2007. The auditor points out that the Company has suffered recurring losses and has yet to generate an internal cash flow. The Company had a net loss of $6,608,057 on revenues of $497,409 for the year ended September 30, 2007, as compared with a net loss of $1,972,923 on revenues of $127,257 in the prior year. At September 30, 2007, the Company's balance sheet showed an accumulated deficit of $9,379,806 and stockholders' deficit of $1,611,795. The Company also has strained liquidity with total current assets of $162,670 available to pay total current liabilities of $2,550,663.
