Clancy and Co. PLLC raised substantial doubt about the ability of Document Capture Technologies, Inc., to continue as a going concern after it audited the Company's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007. The auditing firm reported that the Company has incurred recurring net losses in recent years resulting in a substantial accumulated deficit. The Company posted a net loss of $1,060,000 on total sales of $15,023,000 for the year ended December 31, 2007, as compared with a net loss of $5,199,000 on total sales of $12,469,000 in the prior year.
