Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP raised substantial doubt on RNS Software, Inc.'s ability to continue as a going concern after it audited the Company's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007. The auditor stated that the Company has not generated revenues since inception, has incurred losses in developing its business, and further losses are anticipated. The Company requires additional funds to meet its obligations and the costs of its operations. The Company posted a net loss of $50,395 for the year ended December 31, 2007, as compared with a net loss of $54,574 in the prior year. At December 31, 2007, the Company's balance sheet showed an accumulated deficit of $135,930 and stockholders' deficit of $20,430.
